DENTAL LABORATORY ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview

To help manage the day to day administrative tasks within a dental laboratory, namely:

• Logging lab work from clients in and out of the lab using our lab management software
• Ordering supplies, materials and components required by the clinical technician team
• Managing all incoming mail and telephone from clients and suppliers
• Liaising with new clients on the services the lab can provide to them
• Liaising with existing clients with respect to any ongoing jobs
• Logging all supplier invoices on the accounting system
• Ensuring all client invoices and statements are sent in a timely manner
• Ensuring we are DAMAS compliant at all times

Skills and attributes required

• You have excellent organizational and administrative skills
• You present yourself with confidence and professionalism
• You are able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
• You have 2 years minimum dental nursing experience
• You are task driven and can complete set work in given timelines

Job Details

• 37 hours per week
• 20 days Annual Leave
• Work on Location (Gateshead)
• £22,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Dental Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
