Warehouse Operative

Working with our fleet of Forklifts, our Warehouse Operatives move our packed flour around our site before loading it onto our famous yellow lorries ready for delivery. We are looking for new members to join our Warehouse team. Available shift patterns include:

· 4-week rotating shift pattern of 12 hour shifts, covering days, nights, and weekends, working an average of 42 hours per week.

· Monday to Friday shift pattern for a total of 40 hours per week. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00.

The role will suit a hands on, enthusiastic team-player with a can-do attitude. As we have a relatively small team some of the work will require you to work alone with minimal supervision. You may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others meet objectives.

· Manual handling training

· Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse

· Experience of working a rotating shift pattern

· Good organisational and communication skills

· Computer literate

· Flexible with a willingness to learn new skills and help others

Desirable:

· A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck licence
