Driver's Mate (preferably with dray experience)

We are a light haulage/delivery company looking for full-time driver's mates to assist delivery drivers/draymen for an immediate start. Duties will involve delivering casks, kegs and bottles across the South East and London - including Central London - to pubs, clubs and restaurants. As the face of the company, we would expect only the best conduct and customer service at all times.

The applicants must be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, self-motivated, as well as being friendly and reliable.

Experience as a driver's mate would be an advantage as well as any warehousing experience. Training will be given to the right candidate. You must possess sound literacy and numeracy skills to enable you to count and check all products whilst comparing these against a job list.

Please note this job can involve long hours during busy periods however overtime is paid. This is generally not a “9 to 5” job and would suit someone with flexibility to sometimes work late. The job rarely includes weekend working however the occasional Saturday for a few hours is required.

Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
