We are looking for exceptional people to join us on a full time, permanent basis to become Factory Operatives in our world-famous jam factory in Tiptree, Essex. You will assist in the day-to-day manufacturing of our products and be responsible for; basic production-based tasks, preparing fruit, stacking crates, cleaning machinery and working to Health and Safety guidelines.

We are always interested in those of good character and high capability from all walks of life. It is essential to be literate, numerate and more importantly willing to learn. Manufacturing experience is not essential as we provide all successful candidates with full training.

Working hours: We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:

• 6am-2pm, Monday to Thursday, 6am-1pm Friday, £19,468 per year
• 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm-8pm Friday, £23,361 per year
