  • Generally helping to keep the everyday operations running smoothly.
  • Clearing tables, disposing of waste, operating the dishwasher, end of day cleaning.
  • Follow all menu recipes and procedures, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Re-stocking retail areas.
  • Staff are also expected to learn about our own branded products we stock so that they are able to answer customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Be Pro-active in solving customer problems or complaints and strive to find ways to satisfy them.
  • Natural strong communication skills.

  • Tearoom/shop dress code - you will be provided with a ‘Tiptree’ top which is to be worn with either a smart skirt or pair of trousers. For health and safety reasons shoes must be closed, long hair must be tied back and jewellery should be kept to a minimum.

If you feel you would complement our team and willing to support and uphold our values of excellent customer service we would love to hear from you.
