Position Overview & Specifications

Workday HRIS Manager
Salary - £85,000 * dependant on experience
Hours - Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location - Remote – occasional attendance at required meetings
Reporting into Global Head of HR Operations.
Williams Lea is seeking a key person to join as a leader of our HRIS.
Recent and relevant workday experience is essential.
The HRIS Manager will work collaboratively with users, IT and vendors to ensure system optimization and data integrity. This role is accountable for system upgrades and enhancement planning. It provides product and implementation expertise to the HR team, employees, and Company management on application best practices to achieve their defined business outcomes.

Key Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources or related field or substantial relevant experience to the role.
At least five years of experience administering and/or managing HRIS
Thorough understanding of Workday
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications
Strong background in core HR principles, including Payroll and Benefits
Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to strong working develop relationships
Responsibilities:
Align HRIS with the Company’s initiatives through leadership and expertise in systems and process implementation, strategic data collection, and performance metrics development.
Develop and implement best practices for data entry and report designs to deliver effective and consistent data tracking and global reporting.
Implement and manage systems security and workflow in compliance with company policies.
Continuously partner with systems users - such as AMs/ADs, Finance Managers/Directors, HRMs/HRDs, Payroll, and Benefits - to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the existing business processes. Recommend and implement efficiencies and improvements.
Ensure system upgrades are implemented efficiently and timely.
Recommend system enhancements based on users’ needs and cost-benefit analyses.
Oversee a group of HCM technology team members and provide leadership by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring deadlines. Coach and direct them on appropriate systems usage in accordance to company policies and government regulations.
Develop and review audit reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS and all other systems with which it interfaces. Monitor systems security to ensure appropriate systems access.
Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for users of the HR systems involving systems accessibility, performance, and output.
Develop and automate complex analysis reports and file interfaces involving payroll, benefits, applicant, and employee information by partnering with various third-party vendors and internal business users
