Full Time Sales Assistant

Please note: This is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week over 5 days, although slightly reduced hours may be available for the right candidate. You will be required to work a minimum of one day at a weekend.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant you'll report to the Shop Manager and will play a key role in the day to day running of the shop. Duties will include providing customers with expert and friendly advice, picking and packing online orders, ordering and receiving deliveries from suppliers and ice skate sharpening (Training provided).

In addition you'll be required to ensure the shop is clean, organised and welcoming at all times.

The Candidate

• Must be hardworking, honest and friendly
• Knowledge of Ice/ Roller Hockey / Figure Skating Preferable
• Retail experience Ideal but not essential
• Strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm and a keen customer focused approach to the role

You could be perfect for this opportunity if you have previously worked as any of the following: Shop Assistant, Sales Assistant, Team Leader, Duty Manager, Line Manager, Shift Leader or as a Store Supervisor.

The Package

Basic salary: Up to £12.00 per hour for the ideal candidate
