Argos Kettering Warehouse Operative, AM shift

£12 per hour, any 5 out of 7 shifts, 06:00-14:00

• How will you contribute?

• To carry out all aspects of the physical function within the warehouse in order to complete the daily workload to the specified time schedules.
• To ensure the operation completes each function to the highest standard.
• Warehouse Team Members will be trained to be multi-skilled and have the ability to operate within a fast-moving warehouse.
• To ensure that a high level of housekeeping and hygiene is maintained at all times.
• To ensure all tasks are carried out to the relevant health and safety procedures and by adhering to safe working practices at all times.
• To carry out the required function in any area of the warehouse in line with the appropriate Safe System of Work, i.e. Goods in assembly, replenishment, picking, loading, (this list is not exhaustive);
• To work in accordance with agreed targets set by the Company and customer with regard to productivity, performance, accuracy, timekeeping and attendance;
• To help work in a culture of continuous improvement to drive best-in-class activity and operational excellence.
• To escalate appropriate issues in line with agreed procedures to Managers
• To work as trained and in accordance with Company procedure with regard to all tasks undertaken within role
• To carry out duties using the relevant Safe System of Work to avoid any stock damage/re-work
• To ensure all duties are conducted in line with any specific Customer requirements/processes contractual requirements are met, and exceeded where possible
• To work collaboratively with colleagues in all areas of the site, underpinned by the Company values
• To welcome new starters to the site and help support them where appropriate in their work
• To help resolve issues at a local level through effective team work

• What will you bring?
