Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an experienced face-to-face sales professional to join us as a Regional Account Manager. The candidate should be self-sufficient, organised, and motivated to account manage, upsell and cross-sell to both new and existing clients.

This role will be primarily field based and geographically suited to the candidate. You’ll be one of ten Regional Account Managers in our Customer Success Team.



The role offers excellent training on the product range. A full driving licence is required, and a company car will be provided. Some wider/national travel may be required initially and from time to time.

  • Proven work experience as a field-based sales/account manager

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments

  • Used to being on the road and visiting customers

  • Decisive and resilient

  • Experience in onboarding and training customers on new software

  • The ability to think outside the box and deal with senior management

It would also be beneficial if you had any experience with the following responsibilities:

  • Analysing customer data

  • Hold product demonstrations for customers

  • Worked in logistics or a similar environment

  • Upselling new products on tech releases

  • Provide support for transitioning prospects into active users

  • Improve client retention and rollout take-up of our technology

  • Create long-lasting and loyal customer relationships

  • Set out milestones for the clients and employees to work toward

  • Think outside the box for client rollouts to improve take-up

  • Promote the value of the product

  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials

  • Be the first point of contact for customer complaints and concerns

  • Attend client events

  • Manage new launch rollouts across all customers

Salary & benefits.

  • Basic salary - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

  • Attractive incentive scheme with up to £10k in additional OTE

  • 5 weeks (25 days) annual leave + bank holidays

  • Gym membership contribution up to £50
