Field Marketing Representitive

Welcome to WoodsRenovations.

We are recruiting for a home renovation company, for an office based Field Based Representative position. As we continue to grow, we need a team to manage any questions and appointments with our customers at a high standard. As we continue to expand it will allow any individual to develop their Face to Face communicational skills further. You will be provided with specific training for the position throughout the time you are with us. After completing all the on the job training process which takes 2 days, you will then be able to freely work to understand and become comfortable with the role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reach out to Customers in our area that we are promoting
• Identify needs with customers to help provide the right services and products
• Help promote our business
• Provide professional customer service
• Book customers in for appointments to provide our services
• Build a rapport with potential and existing customers
• Manage appointments on a daily and weekly basis

Skills, Qualifications and Benefits

• No Experience needed as full training is provided
• Some experience in and around customer service is beneficial but not crucial
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stick at one thing and do it well
