Join the Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks Team!

Are you passionate about working outside and providing excellent customer service? Then this is the perfect job for you! We are looking for Grounds Assistant to join our award-winning team for our 2023 season.

This is a full time, seasonal position. Full UK driving licence needed.

As a Grounds Assistant, you will:

• Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept clean and well maintained.
• Provide an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around our Parks.
• Have an awareness of Health and Safety Compliance to keep yourself, our guests, and your colleagues safe whilst working.
• Ensure the good working order of all ground’s equipment.
• Be responsible for weeding, planting, and maintaining flowerbeds and rockeries.
• Maintain the presentation and safety of all camping and touring pitches and their facilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within a grounds/commercial gardening/landscaping position.
• A relevant tractor driving licence and/or experience of ride-on lawnmowers.
• Experience in the use of maintenance and gardening equipment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Good time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workload under own initiative.
