Position Overview & Specifications
Based in our Goring office and working in our busy, friendly customer services team, you will be responsible for investigating and replying to queries and complaints from purchasers, partners and suppliers.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues and team leaders to share information, arrange payments, solve problems and escalate issues.
A well organised approach is essential to ensure you meet your targets, and you will also need strong administrative and IT skills to maintain and update records.
Experience in a customer focused role is essential, and to succeed you will also need:
- Good spoken and written English
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Resilience, flexibility and attention to detail
