Tours & Excursions Programme Administrator

Due to an ever increasing work load we’re looking for a hardworking and self motivated individual to join our team here in Wroxham, Norfolk. Specialising in Coach Hire as well as Day Excursions from across Norfolk our customer focused flexible approach has ensured our business has continued to grow.

As the company looks to expand once more we're looking for a conciencous team player to head up both our Day Excursion, and soon-to-be newly developed holiday programme. We've been operating Day Excursions for the past five years and have a fantastic client base, and its vital to our success we harness those relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Now we're looking to move the company into the Coach Holiday market and as a new venture and this role will be responsible for the successful development of that programme.

If you have a passion for travel and love providing great levels of customer service then we would love to add you to our team. The right candidate should be conscientious, hard working, polite, friendly and reliable with a good understanding of Computers; including the internet, Roeville Reservation Software (Training Supplied), Word and Excel.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate and fulfil the following...
- Ensure all Coach Holidays operate in a compliant manner.
- Have a sound understanding of the Package Travel & Tourism Regulations (2018).
- Build strong relationships with service providers, stakeholders and customers alike.
- Develop a strong brand identity for both Coach Holidays & Day Excursions.
- Sound understanding of Roeville T3 software (Training provided).
- Develop a package of experiences our customers will love.
- Effective communication skills with others.
- Take bookings via email, and telephone and ensure customers are dealt with effectively.

One of the largest challenges which the travel industry faces (Specifically the coach travel market) is opening new avenues for revenue; whether that is attracting a younger market, staying in front of market trends to visit new destinations, keeping up to date with new venues opening, or new experiences being offered - This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves uncovering new ideas and wants to build a brand from scratch, and see it develop and be rewarded in the process.

Hours of work are flexible for the right candidate with basic hours of 30hrs to be completed across five days (Monday to Friday). Options for the right candidate also include working longer hours during Term Time (Norfolk School Timetable) and reduced hours during the school holiday period.
