Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Artworker and Graphic Designer to join the team. An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an industry-leading Exhibition design and event marketing graphic team. You must be an excellent communicator, customer-focused with a strong work ethic and organisational skills who is prepared to be flexible and work as a part of creative team.

Your role is to pre-flight customer artwork, prepare artwork and job folder for print. Undertake the creation, execution and completion of design projects as required to final output for both internal projects and also client design briefs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Downloading, checking and preflight client artwork to required final output
• Manage proofs from external suppliers
• Preparing artwork for print
• Maintaining CRM notes for client accounts
• Communicate with clients to deliver excellent customer service
• Advise clients on artwork layouts and print specifications
• Take comprehensive design briefs from clients
• Follow client instructions and interpret briefs in a suitably creative manner
• Doing anything it takes to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills are essential
• Excellent numerate and written communication skills
• Team player but ability to self-motivate
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organise and manage workflow
• Forensic eye for detail

This full-time position is office-based at our office in Peterborough. Working hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
