Position Overview & Specifications

Studio Production produces world-class visual assets for NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, YOOX, THE OUTNET and ONLINE FLAGSHIP STORES Powered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Operating from our London HQ and US studio in New Jersey as well as Italian centres for excellences, our team includes Studio Coordinators, Product Library, Styling, Size and Fit, Photography, Video, Retouch, Product Editorial and Translations teams, with many working across a combination of all Group’s websites each week.
Studio Production are now seeking a talented Studio Production Assistant to join the team. You will be tasked with providing high level of support to the production team and the wider studio. This will be a challenging role and you will need to be organised, with high attention to detail and the ability to take the lead on a variety of projects. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our Shepherds Bush office in London

Reporting into: Product Library Team Leader
Contract: 12 month fixed-term
Hours: 37.5 hours across 4 days, Monday - Friday

Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Studio Production Team including purchase-order invoicing, travel organisation and expense management.
  • Prepare agendas and taking minutes for meetings as requested.
  • Liaise regularly with Studio managers and team leaders to ensure a comprehensive on-boarding of new hires.
  • Organise studio tours and 'Life of a PID'.
  • Update, maintain and distribute the studio team overview document.
  • Be the point if liaison with HR, facilitate and Service desk to ensure all studio members are fully equipped.
  • Keep up to date on current and forthcoming studio projects and events.
  • Provide new ideas, incentives and initiatives to further elevate the studio environment and team morale.
  • Chair the Studio Comittee on a fortnightly basis and ensure full participation from all studio teams.
  • Complete general admin and team support, plus adhoc project work.
The type of person we are looking for:
  • Proven success in an administrative/head office position, ideally within a large, global fashion/retail business.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work methodically and efficiently with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative.
  • Excellent detail-oriented and deadline driven skills, and an ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills. Can work independently in a structured manner.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the Studio Production team with the ability to identify needs to support changes and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Proactive, self-confidence, highly motivated team player attitude.
