Digital Marketing Executive

As we push on with our limitless expansion plans, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the Marketing & Ops Manager & Co-founders in delivering an experiential communications strategy across the business.

The role will primarily require an understanding of:

· Email & Database Marketing

o Experience of using MailChimp to create campaigns, updating databases, etc.

· Guest Experience Comms & Reputation

o Implement and update all information in Guest Experience Platform(s)

o Creating and updating knowledge centre to help improve communication and efficiency across all departments of the business

o Reach out personally to guests to encourage feedback and reviews via Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc.

o Read, understand & investigate guest feedback across both in-house and public channels and report any issues for other team members to follow up on

· Social Media & Content Creation

o Proficiency of constructing imaginative content and making Tik Tok videos & Reels

o An eye for creating and constructing eye catching & stimulating visual content across all channels

o To collaborate with the Marketing & Ops Manager in planning & executing a comprehensive day-to-day, month-by-month social media and content plan for Your Apartment and updating this when things change and evolve

· Copywriting & CMS

o A good basic knowledge of SEO and its importance when writing online content

o Excellent written abilities with attention to detail

o Ability to write and update informative yet imaginative content which is well researched, accurate and executed in a relaxed/informal tone

o To be able to write for both B2B & B2C audiences

o Knowledge of using & updating Wordpress CMS

· PR & Reputation

o Supporting Marketing & Ops Manager in reaching out to influencers & journalists when required

o Supporting in the organisation of PR launch activities when opening new properties

o Encouraging more positive online reviews via TripAdvisor, Google, etc.

· Administration

o Based on the demands of the business you may from time to time be required to support Directors & Marketing/Ops Manager with various admin based tasks

When & Where:

· Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm

· Hybrid role based in London – 3 days’ office based & 2 optional days working from home. First 3 months to be based in the London office.

· You may be required to travel to various locations across the UK when launching new properties

· You may be required to work evenings and weekends on rare/infrequent occasions (e.g. for future events, launches, etc.) based on demands of the business

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
