We are now looking for a Section Leader to join our team at our Erith site on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Section Leader, you will provide pivotal support to ensure the effective running of our Erith warehouse during the nightshift.

Managing the activities of your team of General Operatives, you will ensure customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner.

You will brief staff, oversee employee relations procedures and ensure that goods are handled in a safe manner to ensure damage, injury and harm are minimised.

About You

To be considered as a Section Leader, you will need:

• Previous experience leading a team in a fast-moving warehouse operation
• A detail-oriented approach and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages and email
• A full counterbalance licence
