Role Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading on the onboarding processes for the dedicated business units to ensure that all new employees of ZSL have completed starter checklists, letters of appointment, electronic files, ID, DBS and reference checks, and appropriate payroll documentation
- Support the recruitment processes from the point of advertising through to onboarding, ensuring that hiring managers are empowered to provide a best-practice candidate experience
- Ensure that all employee lifecycle changes are updated for the HRIS and payroll in line with the monthly payroll cycle.
Person Specification
- Have previous experience working in a HR support or administration role in a complex organisation with a primary focus on admin
- Be able to demonstrate experience on providing excellent HR support and customer service with stakeholders of all levels
- Be passionate about working in a team that strives to offer HR best practice through credible and trusted relationships with our colleagues
