We are a global organisation with headquarters in Croydon and we supply to leading brands in the aviation, automotive, packaging and sportswear markets.

With our third global foam manufacturing plant now in production and the launch of a game-changing development in consumer packaging, there has never been a more exciting time to be part of the Zotefoams team.

Location and Travel

Zotefoams is based on the A236 between Mitcham and Croydon. It is served by regular bus and tram services connecting to Wimbledon, Croydon, East Croydon, Morden, Mitcham Junction, Tooting, and Tooting Broadway.

About our Scheme

The Zotefoams Graduate Scheme Placement is a two-year programme which is engaging and hands-on. The programme facilitate structured rotations that will expose you to various departments, with an aim to propel you into the right job fit. The placement will enable you to relate to the different business aspects of the organisation, to deeper grasp and understand of what is desired/required within Zotefoams. you will have at least one placement which is commercially based.

You will not only be able to apply your theory learnt knowledge, but you will also learn real- life practical, essential, and professional skills. This hands-on approach will aid greatly in your growth and will assist in making you a success at your chosen field. Throughout the two years, you will be supported by an experienced line manager and dedicated peers who will help you discover your potential and where you would like your career journey to take you. In addition to this support, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with past graduates who you can communicate with and learn from.

It doesn’t stop there - the icing on the cake is that, at the end of your placement, you will be given the opportunity to apply for any vacant permanent positions within the organisation that may be of interest to you, where you can showcase and apply your new skills and discoveries gained through your time with us at Zotefoams.
