Position Responsibilities
Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.
Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.
Collaborate with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.
Review HR system transactions to identify any data integrity issues and recommend opportunities to adjustment procedures or for user training to troubleshoot.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
2+ years of Analyst experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
