Warehouse Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for good Warehouse operatives to work in a large 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse in a very busy environment.

Your tasks will include: picking items for packing based on location, colour, and size; ensure orders are accurately picked and packed; completing paperwork for delivery notes and stock control and attention to detail is critical.

The accuracy of picking and packing without making mistakes is essential requirement of the role.

Other tasks may include loading and unloading to and from delivery containers; ensure work areas are always kept clean and tidy; operate handling equipment; ensures company and statutory safety regulations are strictly followed; and any other general warehouse duties as directed.

You must be self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, honest and be able to work as part of a team.

Based on your performance additional hours, bonus, progression opportunities, plus potential of work on other warehouse tasks may be available.

Our current operational hours are: 10am to 8:00pm Mon – Fri & Sundays 10am to 4.30pm, Initial hours being offered are: 2pm to 8.00pm there will be opportunity for additional hours.
